Ingredients:
- 1 cup of milk (or you could use 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup plain or vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt for some extra protein)
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- 1/2 banana
- 2 Tbsp PB2 or Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 3-4 cubes of ice
- Add all ingredients in a blender (I use a single serve smoothie blender)
- Blend until well mixed.
- Drink and enjoy!
